I never expected traveling the world hosting wellness retreats and posting what I'm passionate about to social media would become my full time job, but I took the leap and dove in head first. I wanted to share my love for wellness, travel, and adventure. I am so passionate about it that I just didn't see myself living another life. I had a message that I wanted to share with the world.
I'm all about leaning into growth, of pushing my limits, and seeing what I'm capable of. Of getting out of my comfort zone and hoping to inspire others to do the same by putting intention and energy on experiences rather than materialistic things.
I combined my love of all of the above and created a destination wellness + yoga retreat company, Revitalize Retreat. Giving people the space to show up as they are, to learn and grow, to experience new places in the world by traveling and meeting new people. A space to disconnect to connect and step into a more authentic you.
Stemming from self-love and mindfulness my purpose became clear and Revitalize Retreat was born.

It's that time of year again and I'm here to help you get ready for the season ahead so that you can get out there feeling strong and confident on your mountain bike. It's time to focus on YOU. This series is cross training designed for all levels and is divided into three pillars - STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, and MOBILITY.
This series is virtual so you can do it in the comfort of your home, or take it with you to the gym. We will be focusing on building strength, increasing endurance, power, stability, mobility, and speed. Results that you can expect are:
- power to your peddling
- pulling strength for tough uphill section
- pushing strength for downhill endurance
- core strength for stability and control
- stronger endurance capacity to charge harder
- injury prevention
- confidence in yourself mentally and physically to show up stronger on your bike every single ride
